    • Sculptra is used to promote your own collagen production. Though it is sometimes classified as a filler, it works to increase volume over time through collagen production rather than using Hyaluronic Acid for instant fullness.
    • Treatment: The rule of thumb is one vial per decade of life. The total number of vials would be utilized over 2-3 treatments.
    • Downtime: There is minimal down time with slight bruising and swelling to be expected, which should resolve within a week.


When will I see results?

In clinical studies most patients saw results after one month, however, results can start to be seen up to 6 months after initial treatment.

How long does sculptra last?

Sculptra results last up to 2 years as is expected with natural collagen. A maintenance vial or two are recommended annually to maintain results obtained during initial series.

Is sculptra a filler?

No, Sculptra is not a filler. Sculptra is a bio-stimulator that has the consistency of water and contained Poly-L-Lactic Acid. Sculptra is absorbed by the tissue over the weeks after treatment and prompts the tissue to regenerate lost collagen.

What do I do after my treatment?

Massage the treated area for 5 times a day for 5 minutes for 5 days.
