Dr. Houser is a proud Fighting Texas A&M graduate and board-certified physician with dual certifications in family medicine and obesity medicine. With years of experience in primary care, fitness, nutrition, and wellness, he understands that confidence is deeply connected to overall health and well-being.
At Perfectly You Beauty Lab, Dr. Houser specializes in full-face rejuvenation, aesthetic services, collagen-building treatments, and longevity-focused care. His approach blends medical expertise with a personalized eye for balance, helping clients achieve refreshed, natural-looking results without changing what makes them uniquely themselves.
As the founder of Real Wellness MD and Perfectly You Beauty Lab, Dr. Houser is passionate about helping clients feel strong, healthy, confident, and beautifully aligned — inside and out.
Alexis Greene
Lead Esthetician & Laser Technician
Alexis Greene helps make the process simple, personalized, and empowering. As a certified aesthetician and certified laser technician with 7 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Alexis guides clients through customized skincare and esthetic treatments designed to support their unique goals.
Originally from College Station, Alexis has built her career around helping clients enhance their natural beauty and feel more confident in their skin. Her approach combines professional expertise, advanced aesthetic training, and a warm, welcoming experience that helps clients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.

Holly Kleypas, MSN, FNP-BC

Holly Kleypas brings both medical expertise and an infectious energy to the Perfectly You Beauty Lab team. With an extensive background in healthcare—beginning as an ER nurse and evolving into her role as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner—Holly offers a wealth of knowledge and a deeply rooted passion for patient care.
A Waco native, Holly is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She now shares her experience and insight with future healthcare professionals as a faculty member in the nursing program at Texas A&M.
Holly’s warm, approachable personality and artistic eye make her a standout injector. Her commitment to safety, education, and beautiful, natural results ensures every client feels comfortable and confident. Whether she’s enhancing a jawline or sharing a laugh over her favorite rosé, Holly creates a space where clients feel truly cared for.

Jailene Lopez

With years of experience in the world of aesthetics, Jailene Lopez has built a reputation for delivering not only expert skincare—but an unforgettable client experience. Known affectionately as the “Facials Queen,” Jailene is beloved by her clients for her gentle touch, positive energy, and genuine care. Her goal is simple yet powerful: to help every person she sees feel confident, radiant, and completely cared for.
Jailene’s expertise is matched only by her kind spirit. Her calming presence makes every treatment feel like a mini escape, and her loyal clients can’t wait to get back on her table. Outside of the treatment room, she’s a proud mom who cherishes time spent with family and friends.

Karli brings creativity, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm to the Perfectly You Beauty Lab team. Since joining in August of 2024, she has helped shape the welcoming, elevated experience our clients know and love.
A proud Aggie, Karli graduated from Texas A&M University in 2025 with a degree in Leadership Education and Extension Education. Her background fuels her passion for communication, connection, and ensuring every client feels informed and comfortable throughout their aesthetic journey.
As our Marketing Lead & Client Relations Specialist, Karli is often the first smiling face you’ll see. From supporting patient scheduling and team organization to curating creative marketing and community connections, she plays a key role in keeping Perfectly You running smoothly.
Outside of work, Karli loves spending time with her family and embracing her favorite role—being an aunt. Her heart for people and dedication to exceptional service make her an essential part of the Perfectly You family—and we can’t wait for you to meet her!
Karlee Booth
Medical Assistant
Karlee brings compassion, professionalism, and a calming presence to the Perfectly You Beauty Lab team. Since joining us in May of 2025, she has quickly become a familiar and trusted face when it comes to patient care and coordination.
As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Karlee has a strong foundation in healthcare and a growing expertise in the aesthetics world. She is passionate about supporting clients throughout their experience, ensuring they feel educated, comfortable, and truly seen every step of the way.
In her role as Medical Assistant & Client Relations Coordinator, Karlee plays an essential part in helping appointments run smoothly while providing thoughtful, attentive care behind the scenes. Her dedication to patient comfort and her warm personality make her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside of the office, Karlee is a proud mom of two boys and loves spending quality time with her family. Her nurturing spirit and commitment to exceptional care make her a perfect fit at Perfectly You—and we’re so excited for you to meet her!
Conley Lewis
Client Relations Specialist
Conley Lewis is part of the Client Relations team at Perfectly You Beauty Lab, where her outgoing personality and genuine love for people help make every patient feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door. A licensed esthetician, Conley has a passion for the aesthetics and beauty industry and loves being in an environment centered around helping others look and feel their best.
If there’s one thing to know about Conley, it’s that she has never met a stranger! She loves getting to know our patients, building genuine relationships, and creating an experience that feels comfortable, personal, and fun. Whether she’s greeting someone for their first visit, helping with scheduling, or simply catching up with a familiar face, Conley enjoys being someone our patients know they can turn to.
Outside of Perfectly You, Conley loves all things girly, shopping, professional bridal makeup, spending time with her family, and never being too far away from a Dr Pepper! Above all, one of her favorite roles is being an aunt to her niece and nephew, and she loves spending as much time with them as she can.
